Having selected the best technology platform solution via RFI/RFP, we work with the vendor and internal stakeholders to implement the solution and build everything else around it; lifecycle management, launch marketing plan, reporting and analytics, training materials, test plans, security and fraud risk mitigations, and drafts of legal documentation.

Platform contract
We support the final contracting process to ensure the chosen platform meets requirements and that commercial terms, deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines are clearly defined.

We help you identify, select, and contract the best platform for your specific needs and budget, and then we manage the end-to-end implementation to ensure the vendor delivers exactly what was promised.
At what stage of the project should we engage your implementation services?
Ideally, we are engaged for the Design phase which then leads into the Implement phase. However, if you already have a completed loyalty program design, but are feeling overwhelmed by trying to choose a vendor, technical requirements, integration complexities, and project timelines, we can step in to lead the implementation from the RFI/RFP stage or the Statement of Work (SOW) phase (if you already have a platform vendor).
