As part of a major refresh to the long-running Peak Hygiene Plan (PHP) subscription, the new program introduces a VIP tier packed with exclusive benefits, generous rewards, and unmatched value for loyal customers.
The VIP tier now sits at the top of a new three-tiered loyalty structure, offering enhanced savings, bonus perks, and premium experiences – all designed to supercharge subscriber engagement, retention, and advocacy.

How the Program Works
Members Only Rewards is designed to be simple, rewarding, and built around customers. The program uses a three-tier structure that makes it easy for everyone, from first-time shoppers to long-term subscribers, to engage, earn, and save:
- Guest List: Free to join at checkout. Members earn 5 points per $1 spent and enjoy perks like Rewards Cash, bonus point opportunities, and a free birthday gift
- A-List: Achieved by spending $100+ annually. Earn 8 points per $1, get early access to new product launches, bonus points, and a special Manniversary Gift
- VIP: Exclusive to subscribers. Earn 10 points per $1, receive 50% off power blades, 20% off all other subscription box items, extended warranties, free samples, and annual loyalty gifts

Key features include:
- Automatic enrollment: No separate registration is required – customers join automatically at checkout or upon subscription
- Multi-channel earning: Points can be earned online, in-store, or even through Amazon and authorised retailers via the receipt scanning feature
- Easy redemption: Points automatically convert to Rewards Cash – 1,000 points equals $10 off – making savings simple and seamless
- Tier progression: Tiers are evaluated annually, with spend or subscription status determining eligibility for the following year
- VIP transition: Existing Peak Hygiene Plan subscribers have been automatically upgraded to VIP status, retaining their old benefits while unlocking new ones
