Loyalty & Reward Co are excited to see client Hugo Boss reach the next level of loyalty with the introduction of their HUGO BOSS XP, combining traditional loyalty features with Web3.
Loyalty & Reward Co were engaged by Hugo Boss to provide design support for the new global loyalty program focused on tiers and tokens. The innovative program allows members to earn points and progress tiers whilst also collecting BOSS XP and HUGO XP tokens (NFTs) through their purchases and interactions, unlocking more exclusive benefits and services.
How it works:
- Join: Customers can create an account online. However, the Hugo Boss app is required to access the full XP experience. All new members receive welcome tokens as a join bonus
- Collect tokens: Members can engage and shop online or instore to collect BOSS XP and HUGO XP tokens (digital collectables)
- Unlock tokens: Once members have completed the required action to unlock BOSS XP or HUGO XP tokens, they can unlock them and add them to their collection in their member account
- Redeem: Once unlocked, the tokens can be redeemed for a reward, with each token having its own unique reward such as a special gift, voucher or experience
- Progress tiers: Members can progress tiers by collecting status points based on their spend which unlocks additional exclusive benefits
- Member benefits: Depending on what tier they sit in, members can access benefits such as personal styling, alterations, repairs, member only products, concierge services and more
Members shopping at Hugo and/or Boss can engage with various transactional and non-transactional activities to earn HUGO XP and BOSS XP tokens (see below).
The new program replaces the old program, HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE, which followed a more traditional member benefits program.
The program has launched in the UK market with plans for a global rollout in the coming years.
